What's the difference between Ice Cream, Frozen Yogurt, & Custard?

Essentially frozen yogurt and frozen custard is ice cream just with different ingredients but same family. (If that makes sense.)

Ice cream is made from cream and dairy combined with fruit or other ingredients.

Frozen yogurt is made form yogurt and milk instead of cream & it is lower in fat b/c of the no milk. It also has a tart flavor but can be combine with fruit and other ingredients as well.

Frozen custard is made with eggs which differentiates it from the other ice creams in addition to the cream, sugar and dairy. It usually has 10% butter fat and 1.4% egg yolk and it is a lot thicker and richer than the other two.

So basically frozen yogurt is a bit better for you than regular ice cream and definitely way better for you than custard. I luv them all though.
